Mike Morton is the Vice President of Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central product team. Mike moved to Denmark in 2020 after spending 24 years working at Microsoft in Redmond. The highlights of Mike’s time at Microsoft include being a founding member of the SharePoint team, the development of Office Offline, and most recently the Fluid Framework (a core technology of the new Microsoft Loop).

Dewain Robinson is a Microsoft Principal Solution Architect for Copilot Studio in the PowerCAT organization. He has been working with Conversational AI for over 10 years and with Microsoft technologies and IT for over 30 years.  Dewain has experience working with numerous Fortune 500 companies to help them realize their potential with Microsoft solutions and has worked to implement Conversational AI in numerous form factors from IOT-specific to Enterprise scenarios.  Dewain has recently worked closely on generative AI and how to change the landscape of conversational applications. Dewain also is known for his YouTube channel as Copilot Studio Dude and has personally trained over 500k people on Copilot Studio and Generative AI.

Alan Ross is a Partner at Microsoft, where he leads product management for Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Alan spent the last two years focused on the launch and commercial success of Dynamics 365 Contact Center, which was the most successful product launch in the Business Applications division's history, based on first year revenue. Alan and his team focus on building features for Dynamics 365 AI agents; interop, such as Model Context Protocol; and Copilot features for assisted service. He also leads revenue growth, customer and partner engagement, and analyst relations. Alan is the recipient of the Distinguished Speaker award, the highest achievement for Microsoft's Executive Briefing Center. Alan has been with Microsoft for 18 years, holds a master’s degree from the George Washington University business school and resides in Redmond, Washington.
