Registration is located in the main lobby of the Henry B. Gonzalez by the main entrance on East Market Street.

The Academy Program at Community Summit is an add-on separate to your Summit registration that promises three things:

• Deep dives into topics across Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, and more for an intensive, and often hands-on, “master class” style training program
• Connect you with an expert instructor in the topic that will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to elevate your business and your abilities
• Deliver CPE credits that can enable you to stay current on your continuing education requirements

(lunch will be served)

Weekend classes will take place at Marriott Riverwalk and River Center hotels.

What is this: A full day preconference dedicated to helping the community understand where, why and how AI, specifically generative AI via Copilot from Microsoft, should be applied to drive business results.

Who should attend: Users and partners that are trying to get a grip on the realities (vs the hype) of what AI can and cannot do within the Microsoft applications running business.

The CE/CRM & Power committees will welcome all new to Summit CE/CRM & Power attendees with tips and recommendations to get the most out of their first Summit experience. 5:00pm-5:30pm Location: 217D, Following the session, there will be a reception with light snacks and drinks. 5:30pm-6:30pm Location: Hemisfair Ballroom

The FO/AX committee will welcome all new to Summit FO/AX attendees with tips and recommendations to get the most out of their first Summit experience. 5:00pm-5:30pm Location: 217C. Following the session, there will be a reception with light snacks and drinks. 5:30pm-6:30pm Location: Hemisfair Ballroom

The GP committee will welcome all new to Summit GP attendees with tips and recommendations to get the most out of their first Summit experience. 5:00pm-5:30pm Location: 217B. Following the session, there will be a reception with light snacks and drinks. 5:30pm-6:30pm Location: Hemisfair Ballroom

After the 1st Timer User Group-specific sessions end, head over to the Hemisfiar Ballroom to mix and mingle across all User Groups and enjoy some light snacks and beverages provided by Community Summit!

Celebrate the closing night of Summit with a concert by local band The Grooves, sponsored by Executive Automats.

There will be fun activities, including a 360-degree photo booth brought to you by Repay, sugar skull caricatures, and bars and food stations along the Grotto area.
