Registration Policy

By submitting your Registration, you are confirming you have read and agree to Dynamic Communities’ Policy regarding registrations, refunds, and cancellations below:

  1. Registration is transferable to another individual if submitted in writing to [email protected], until 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, September 30, 2026.
  2. Reservations made up to June 1, 2026, are eligible for:
    • Transfer to a colleague or team member or application to Community Summit 2027.
    • Refunds on cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, August 12, 2026. Refunds will be issued 30 days after the request, less a $100 service charge. Credit card and financial transaction fees charged by third parties are not refundable. No refunds will be issued after 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 12, 2026, or to those who are a no-show at the event.
  3. Reservations made on June 1, 2026, and beyond are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a colleague or team member or applied to Community Summit 2027 if communicated to Dynamic Communities by 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, August 12, 2026.
  4. After 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, August 12, there will be no refunds or credits for future events. Transfers to another company employee will be honored until 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, September 30, 2026. To avoid losing your registration in an unexpected event, please consider purchasing event travel insurance through a third party to cover ticket expenses.
  5. Cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Changes or refund requests must be made in writing by email by the registrant or the credit card holder.
  6. If the original payment was made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used.
  7. Registrations purchased with a company credit card, or reimbursed to an employee, can only be transferred within the company unless the purchasing company provides written permission to release the registration.
