Description and learning objectives:
Delivered by Dewain Robinson, a 21-year Microsoft AI veteran and current VP of AI Analysis & Research at Dynamic Communities & Cloud Wars, and Remi Dyon, Principal PM Manager of the Copilot Acceleration Team (CAT) at Microsoft, this immersive environment will walk through strategy and approach per module, then go into hands-on Labs creating agents in Copilot Studio.

  • Common pitfalls that prevent a great agent experience
  • How to use advanced features like Generative Answers, Prompts, and Agent Flows
  • How to create a multi-agent experience
  • How Copilot Studio licensing works

Program & Target Attendees: A full-day, hands-on program in agent development. Participants learn strategy through short modules, then apply each one immediately in a matching lab — building agents across the M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot harnesses, and finishing with Copilot Studio workflows.
