- Co-Moderated discussion on the Work IQ opportunity to redefine how business runs in mid-market and enterprise companies:
- Introduction of the discussion framework, Dewain as DC AI Training VP, C5 attendees as the underwriters, and James, Dona, (potentially others) as the Microsoft guests
- Round Robin introductions from each attendee including:
- Name
- Title
- Industry
- Where they are in their AI journey
- Draft prompt questions to James/Dona aligned with attendee context where C5 experts will engage in answers/comments, including:
- When launched last year, Work IQ was defined as an AI-driven intelligence layer in Microsoft 365 that understands how an organization actually works — beyond the org chart — and uses that knowledge to make Copilot and AI agents context-aware by default—a little over a year later it has picked up “conversation memory,” and more, fill us in on what this means in practice.
- Follow on to C5 experts in the room for real-world scenarios where you have led this process with a customer/internally as customer zero
- Go a bit deeper on how business understanding, reusable skills, and continuous learning help Copilot and agents' reason and act across workflows
- Follow on to C5 on the inherent business value this creates for customers in practice
- What about governance & access controls, how does Work IQ preserve enterprise security, and permissions, when extending across Microsoft and third-party systems
- Open for C5 to talk about the increasing importance of access controls on data
- Scaling back up for a minute how do you see Work IQ having the biggest impact across functional roles in the organization—like finance, operations, IT, sales and more?
- Opportunity for C5 to share examples, create scenarios that would make sense in business environments per the roles in the room
- Closing the discussion, I will hand it to James/Dona for their final strategic thoughts to guide customers, and then to C5 for final strategic thoughts, and to close thanking attendees for joining the discussion
